All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped, including tracking information where available.
Please note:
- Wallpaper orders may require additional preparation time due to printing, quality checks, and packaging.
- During peak periods (sales, holidays, or new releases), processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

3. Wallpaper Shipping Information
Wallpaper is carefully packed in protective tubes or reinforced packaging to prevent damage during transit. Due to the size and weight of wallpaper rolls:
- Wallpaper may ship separately from clothing items.
- Larger wallpaper orders may incur additional shipping fees.
- Some wallpaper products are made-to-order, which can extend dispatch times.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your delivery progress directly through the courier’s tracking page.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Wise Lifestyle Shop is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
6. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will liaise with the courier to locate your shipment.
Wise Lifestyle Shop is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the courier but reported missing. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.
7. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided:
- We cannot guarantee recovery of the package.
- Additional fees may apply for reshipping.
8. Damaged Items in Transit
If your clothing or wallpaper arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund after assessment.
9. Split Shipments
If your order contains both clothing and wallpaper, items may be shipped separately due to packaging requirements. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
